The SIL4 Certified LED Signal Lamp developed by Intetra is designed to meet the highest safety integrity standard in railway signaling systems — Safety Integrity Level 4 (SIL4). 
Verified by an independent TÜV-certified report, the product fully complies with EN 50129:2018 and EN 61000-4-2 / EN 55032 standards, ensuring absolute safety and reliability in critical railway operations. 

The SIL4 level represents the highest achievable safety category in railway signaling. This standard requires that the system enters a safe state even in the event of a single component failure. 
Thanks to its redundant LED architecture and integrated diagnostic system, the Intetra LED Signal Lamp automatically switches to a safe shutdown mode during fault conditions, ensuring continuous operational safety on the line. 

Constructed with a full aluminum body, UV-resistant coating, and IP67 protection rating, the lamp offers complete durability against dust, rain, snow, and high humidity. 
Its wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +70°C and 0–95% relative humidity tolerance make it ideal for reliable use in all global climatic conditions. 

The system features multi-lens optical technology with Ø200 mm and Ø160 mm optics, powered by high-efficiency LEDs. 
Eighteen of these LEDs continuously perform system diagnostics and monitoring. Each LED operates under internal current and brightness control, delivering maximum visibility while consuming only 15 W during the day and 10 W at night. 
This energy-efficient design ensures long lifespan and reliable performance with low power consumption. 

The analog control unit operates stably at 220 VAC (day mode) and 160 VAC (night mode) input voltages. 
Integrated overvoltage, temperature, and load protections allow the system to operate for years without maintenance. 
Its modular lens and LED structure enables on-site maintenance or component replacement within minutes, minimizing downtime.
